On Monday the 22nd of May students from across the Diocese of Wollongong, particularly those from the Macarthur-based schools braved the early and cold morning start to journey down to the beautiful cross-country course located at Willandra, Nowra.

The weather made for a picturesque landscape and great running conditions. St. Francis had a small contingent of competitors across the 13 years boys and girls and 14 years girls age groups. Each student ran the course with determination and demonstrated perseverance particularly when challenged by some gruelling hills located at various spots on their respective courses. The students' behaviour was exemplary they made the College and their families proud.
