Stage 3 Public Speaking

On the 20th October, Trisha (Year 5) and Ethan Z (Year 6) represented St Francis at the Diocesan Public Speaking Regional Competition. This was held at St Paul's in Camden. Both students did an absolutely amazing job!
The adjudicators commended Trisha's mannerisms throughout her speech and how clear and well she spoke. Well done Trisha!
It is also with great excitement that I announce that Ethan Z received first place! He blew the adjudicators away and they could not believe a student in Year 6 presented such a well-rounded speech! When we asked the adjudicator what is an area that he can work on for the next round, they genuinely said "he did everything perfectly". Ethan will be representing St Francis at the CDF Public Speaking Grand Final on the 7th November. We wish Ethan the best of luck as he progresses to the next stage of the competition.
