Greetings Parents/Carers, 

I can’t believe it is almost the end of term 2. As always, things are busy in CAPA both in the classroom and with the co/extra curricular program.

Media Club 

This year the Media Club is in full swing with a number of important events already immortalised. Assemblies, sporting events, religious celebrations and community days have all being captured by our keen student paparazzi. A big thanks to the students who have thus far assisted us to capture these important events; Navya B, Madhav R, Sarah J, James K, Joash T and Ama A. Please keep an eye out for us at upcoming college events and remember to smile! Thanks to Mrs Bennet, Miss Cusask and Mr Fitzpatrick for getting this club up and running. 

CHOIR - Middle years 

The Middle Years Choir is in full swing this term and the students are loving it. Students have been engaging in and learning a range of techniques to warm up their voice and different exercises to practise their breathing. They have also been learning a modern song which will be performed in an upcoming an upcoming Middle Years Assembly. 

Well done, singers for your continued commitment to choir. Thank you to Mrs Weavers for continuing role of Choir Mistress in 2022. 

Drama club - year 7 & 8

Drama club continues to be on weekly, Monday during break 1 in the Drama studio. Students devised scenes recently for the first time and are about to move onto their first experience of script work.
