Recently two of our students Bella G and Stephanie G attended the Australian Swimming Championships at the Gold Coast. 

Stephanie competed in 5 events over 6 days, and placed 14th in the 200m Backstroke.

Bella attended her second nationals, qualifying for 9 events over 6 days. Bella took 2 bronze medals, a silver, and a gold medal 1st and was crowned Australian champion in the 100m butterfly for 15 year old girls.

Her results were as follows:

200m backstroke - 3rd
100m freestyle - 8th
200m butterflystroke - 5th
400m freestyle - 4th
100m backstroke - 7th
400m individual Medley - 3rd
200m freestyle - 2nd
100m butterflystroke - 1st
200m individual medley - 6th
