100 Days of Kindergarten & Grandparents' Day

100 days of Kindergarten

There was joy, laughter, and a touch of nostalgia in the air as our College marked a very special occasion,  the celebration of 100 Days of Kindergarten alongside Grandparents Day. The day was a beautiful blend of milestone memories and heartfelt moments, bringing together students, families, and staff for a truly unforgettable event.

The festivities began with a vibrant parade, where Kindergarten students proudly showcased their “100 Days Wiser” spirit. The atmosphere was full of excitement as students received special certificates, acknowledging their amazing journey through their first 100 days of school.

The celebrations then moved to the green, where families enjoyed a relaxed picnic under the sunshine. It was a time for connection, conversation, and community.

As the morning continued, parents and grandparents were invited into the classroom to partake in a special Religion lesson. During the Religion lesson, families created stars to represent God’s promise to Abraham, reminding us of the precious gift of children and the blessings they bring.

It was a day to remember! One that honoured the past, celebrated the present, and looked joyfully toward the future.

Grandparents' Day

Grandparents’ Day was a truly heartwarming occasion at the College, celebrated on Friday 25th of July. The day brought together generations to honour the deep love, wisdom and guidance that grandparents and special family members offer. It was a beautiful reflection of our community, as families gathered for liturgy, shared time in classrooms and enjoyed morning tea and picnics together on The Green. The presence of grandparents in our learning spaces brought a special sense of connection and joy, reminding us of the important role they play in nurturing faith, family and tradition. As part of the celebrations, our Kindergarten students also marked their 100th day of school—adding a joyful splash of colour and energy to an already memorable day.
