What a phenomenal day of hearty, robust debating!
Our Year 9 MISA Debating Team WON THE DEBATING GRAND FINAL against Oran Park Anglican College!!! They worked collaboratively, exercising their critical thinking skills and communicated with courage, confidence and conviction!!!
The topic was 'That freedom of speech should have no limits' and we were the affirmative team. Congratulations and well done to the following students on representing SFCC with pride, perseverance and professionalism.

Congratulations to our Year 10(B) MISA Debaters on qualifying as Runners Up in the Year 10 MISA Grand Final against Macarthur Anglican School. The topic was 'That the death penalty should be abolished worldwide' and we were the negative team. An outstanding effort by the following students who are an asset to SFCC, refuted with passion and showcased their excellent teamwork capabilities.
