Payment of College Fees

COLLEGE FEES - OVERDUE ACCOUNTS

Dear Parents/Caregivers

Thank you to our families who have finalised or who are honouring agreements to finalise their 2023 fee obligations.

A reminder that the balance of fees are now overdue. Do not let outstanding balances continue into the new year and become unmanageable.

PAYING FEES BY INSTALMENT

IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING FAMILY IN OUR SCHOOL & CURRENTLY PAYING BY AN INSTALMENT PLAN

If you are currently paying by instalments there is no need to complete another 'Request to Pay by Instalment' as your request carries over from year to year, unless you wish to amend the frequency of your payments for eg. from Weekly to Fortnightly .

When you receive your new statement in 2024 the instalment payment due dates and payment amount will be listed on the last page of the statement. You will need to adjust your 2023 fee payment amount to reflect the new instalment amount to cover the 2024 fees.

EXISTING FAMILIES IN OUR SCHOOL WITHOUT AN INSTALMENT PLAN

If you would like to pay school fees by instalments in 2024 and have previously not taken up this option for payment, please complete a Request to Pay by Instalment Form which is available on the school’s website or from the school’s administration office 02 4645 3409. On completion of the request either email it to instalments@dow.catholic.edu.au or submit it at the school office. Following receipt of the request, instalments will be generated on your school fee account during the process of invoicing 2024 school fees. Your school fee statement will provide a list of scheduled payments and their due date depending on the frequency you have chosen eg Fortnightly, Monthly, etc.

Siblings attending another Diocese of Wollongong School: Please note that if you currently have a child or children at another school in the Wollongong Diocese and you are paying by instalments at this location, you will not need to complete another Request to Pay by Instalment. The instalment request carries over from school to school with the same frequency of payment eg Weekly, fortnightly, etc.

IMPORTANT - An instalment plan IS NOT a direct debit. The College does not have access to your banking details and direct debit is not available through the College.

An instalment plan is a guide of regular payments which you need to set up in your banking app or with your bank to make regular payments. Bpay is the preferred option.

2024 YEAR 12 2024 - PAYMENT OF FEES

The fees for Yr 12 Students must be settled by the end of Term 3, 2024.
