On November 11th, our student leaders Jaiden Auditore (Justice and Solidarity), Hari Saravanan (Environmental), Jessica Marks (Learning) and Danielle Marks (Cultural) proudly represented SFCC at Ingelburn RSL for Rememberance Day commemorations.

Remembrance Day is the opportunity for members of the community to acknowledge the service and dedication of service personnel and acknowledge for those who gave the ultimate sacrifice in service from conflicts, wars or peacekeeping operations. We commend Jaiden, Hari, Jessica and Danielle for representing the school in one of the most significant days in Australia’s Military History. Accompanied by Mr. Opalniuk, students participated in the ‘Laying of the Wreath’ ceremony in the presence of distinguished guests and other school representatives from the Macarthur and Ingleburn regions. All students carried themselves with high distinction, pride and presented this through their outstanding leadership on the day.

Shortly after the ceremony students had the opportunity to connect with Mr Anoulack Chanthivong, State Member for Macquarie Fields, who had a discussion about the positive presentation and leadership qualities that our leaders of St. Francis Catholic College presented at the ceremony.
